PRODUCT USE:
SOT-1920 is Water-In-Oil De-emulsifier, intended to
effectively separate formation water from emulsion in
crude oil.
DESCRIPTION:
SOT-1920 is Ethoxylated Block Co-Polymer, ethoxylated
Resin & Surfactant blend in Aromatic Solvent.SOT-1920
has been developed for Jhalora Filed of Ahmedabad Project,
North Gujarat.
APPLICATION:
SOT-1920 should be used neat as supplied and a positive
displacement pump is advised for accurate metering.
Further upstream the unit; the better mixing with the
emulsion of the de-emulsifier is achieved.
HANDLING:
SOT-1920 can be stored in closed containers away from
direct sunlight at ambient temperature. During handling,
direct contact with Human Body is to be avoided. Safety
goggles and gloves are recommended for safe handling.
The spillage can be handled with dry absorbent like
sand, sawdust etc. On Ingestion/Eye contact with the
product, medical attention should be sought immediately.
